Documentation needed for a visa application - part 2

Additional documents are needed for:

Business visits:

• Personal bank statements of company for the last 3 months.
  
• Certificate of incorporation Authorisation letter of the company certified by the Chamber of commerce (self-employed only).
  
• Authorisation of the company (employees only).
  
• Pay slips for the last 3 months (employees only).
  
• Covering letter of the company (owners only).
  
• Proof of business relationship with reference in Norway (e.g. receipts, bill of lading or contracts, etc).
  
• Tax clearance certificate.
  
• Letter of invitation from the company/business partner in Norway stating the schedule for the meetings in Norway and explaining the business relationship.
  

Tourist visits:

• Personal bank statements for the last 3 months.
  
• Introduction letter from employer (employees only).
  
• Letter from the employer granting the leave period.
  
• Pay slips last 3 months (employees only).
  
• Introduction letter of the company certified by the Chamber of commerce (self-employed only).
  
• Reservation for hotel accommodation.
  

Visit to Family and friends:

• 
  Birth certificates of both applicant and the person inviting or other official document’s as proof of family relation.
  
• Invitation letter from the reference stating the relationship with the applicant.
  
• Copy of relevant pages of inviter’s passport (data page only if Norwegian, if the reference has Nigerian nationality embassy would require copy of the page of residence in the passport.)
  
• UDI guarantee form from your reference stamped by the Norwegian Police unless sufficient proof of own funding is accepted by the Embassy.
  
• If you are funding your own trip you need to submit last three (3) months payslips and bank statements to support your application.
  
• Power of attorney form. This form needs to be included in the application if the applicant wants to give the family member in Norway a legal right to make enquiries about his/her application. (Not compulsory).
  

Conferences:

• Acceptance from the organizer and proof of payment for the conference.
  
• UDI guarantee form from your reference stamped by the Norwegian Police unless sufficient proof of own funding is accepted by the Embassy. 
  

Sporting Events:

• Invitation letter from the tournament/event organiser.
  
• Letter from the football club in Nigeria with name and passport number of all players and officials.
  
• Letter of introduction of the team from Nigerian Football Association.
  
• Players under 18 years: Affidavit from parents.
  
• UDI guarantee form from your reference stamped by the Norwegian Police unless sufficient proof of own funding is accepted by the Embassy
